Yes. As well as the current Neo range, we work with older Heatmiser Slimline thermostats, and can tell you whether it’s worth keeping them or moving to Neo.
If you have Neo thermostats, adding a neoHub usually puts them in the app. Older models may need replacing with Neo thermostats first. We’ll check what you have on the survey.
No. We fit and set up the controls (thermostats, wiring centres and app control) for water-based and electric underfloor heating, not the pipes or heating mats themselves.
No. It’s best known for underfloor heating, but Heatmiser also controls radiator zones and hot water, so one system can run the whole house.
