Questions from businesses
Can I control more than one site?
Yes, with the right system. Nest lets you add several properties to one app and switch between them. tado° allows up to five per account, with one-tap switching on its paid Auto-Assist plan. Hive needs a separate login for each property. If you run more than one site, we’ll point you to Nest or tado°.
Can you fit outside our opening hours?
Yes. We can fit before you open or after you close, so there’s no disruption to your customers or staff. Tell us your hours when you book the survey.
Will it work with our existing heating?
Most small premises with a gas or oil boiler and radiators or underfloor heating can take smart controls. If your heating works differently, we’ll tell you honestly on the survey.
Is it worth it for a small business?
If your heating runs outside opening hours, or warms rooms nobody is using, smart controls stop you paying for that. We won’t promise a savings figure, but we’ll set your schedules up so the controls actually get used.
